[Hybrid] Introduction to Quantum Resistant Ledger (QRL)

This month we are bringing a technology-oriented topic. Our discussion will be around advent of blockchain. As the Quantum encryption technology is right around the corner. Understanding its possible impacts is imperative. What is QRL? Is your blockchain quantum proofed? Have you thought how it will impact your life and your data security?

Craig has spent past several years learning about the advances in Quantum Computing particularly as they have the capability to threaten legacy cryptocurrency projects. His interests include the development, advancement, and implementation of post-quantum technologies in blockchain systems through organizations such as The Quantum Resistant Ledger (QRL). He is currently active in the role of Community Engagement for the Quantum Resistant Ledger, the world's first layer 1 blockchain utilizing NIST approved post quantum algorithms secure against Quantum Computers
