Talk 1 - Scaling Customer Centricity: How Design Thinking and OKRs Drive Product Improvement - A Field Report

The Scrum Guide states that the Product Backlog should be used for improving the product, but it does not provide specific guidance on how to achieve or measure this improvement. However, customer focus and involvement are critical factors that can be achieved through methods such as design thinking before and during product development. Additionally, OKRs can assist in these processes by providing goal focus and minimizing risks. Both of these methods have been integrated into the framework since SAFe 5.0.
