It is the 2nd highest peak in Kodagu district. This trek is most loved by trekkers for the variety it offers — right from the thick forests, to vast grasslands and even a waterfall — this trek has lots to offer. ♦️ Among the prominent and must-visit temples of Karnataka, Kukke takes a special place for its spiritual importance. ♦️ Abbey Falls stands surrounded by a blanket of greenery. ♦️ Madikeri Fort dates back to the 17th century. It was initially constructed of mud and was built by Muddu Raja. Later, Tipu Sultan rebuilt the structure with granite. If you are a history buff, the museum inside the fort. ♦️ True to its name, the Raja’s Seat was once the spot for watching sunrise / sunsets with their queens or consorts.
