What does it really mean to be AI-native?
Everyone is talking about AI-native products, AI-native companies and AI-native engineering. But what does “AI-native” actually mean?

Is it simply about adding AI to an existing product? Or does being AI-native require us to rethink how we build products, design teams, write software and even run businesses?

In this session, we will explore these questions through an open discussion. We’ll look at how AI is changing software engineering, product development and business processes, and what fundamentally changes when we start designing with AI as a core capability rather than as an add-on.
More importantly, we want to hear different perspectives and experiences from people who are already experimenting with AI in their work.
