Hi friends, it’s Linda! I’m so excited to invite you to a class that’s close to my heart—where we’ll blend the strength of Pilates with the grace of barre. This isn’t just about exercise; it’s about carving out time for yourself, moving with intention, and having fun together.

Bring your mat, a set of light weights (3-5 lb is perfect) your curiosity, and your energy—I’ll take care of the rest. Can’t wait to see you in the studio!
