NERIKOMI CERAMICS
A unique evening of playing with colour, pattern and clay.
In this workshop we’ll explore Nerikomi, a Japanese ceramic technique where different coloured clays are layered, cut and combined to create patterns that run through the clay itself.
We’ll experiment with different combinations and compositions, then use our patterned clay to create ceramic pieces of your own. No previous ceramic experience is needed - the workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as people who already work with clay.
All materials and firings + glazing are included.
