Go on a journey of self-discovery with us to unlock your inner child and see how much we can still learn, even as adults, through play!
The aim of ‘Don’t Panic’ is to confront the fear associated with performing and improvising through a variety of fun exercises. Great emphasis is placed on failing happily and thus being emboldened to take risks and be adventurous.

This introductory course is great for performers wanting to sharpen their skills, business people needing confidence with public speaking or anyone who wants to be more spontaneous, creative, playful, open and present.

This course will teach you how to maintain playfulness on stage, under pressure and be inspired through the true spirit of spontaneous play.

This course is for you if you have completed ‘Don’t Panic’ and want to learn more about improv principles and how they are applied on stage.

Humorous improvised stories from this world and beyond
Our special guest performer this season, Andrew Gentilli (Music Box), joins us from the UK to conjure weird and wonderful characters, inspired entirely by your suggestions. Sometimes human, often not, BEINGS takes you on a journey through surreal, funny and occasionally beautiful stories.
This two-act evening of fantastical improvisation begins with a fast-paced first act of short-form games, before diving into BEINGS in the second, where Andrew’s quick wit and boundless imagination take centre stage.
Andrew is a member of The Inflatables and Music Box, one of London’s leading musical improv troupes, performing across the UK and Europe.
