This group is for all women who are struggling in their day to day, whether it's a stressful job or problems at home and if your mental health is suffering (anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD etc.), where you can't seem to cope or find a way to resolve that inner turmoil raging within you.. please join us here. This is a safe and respectful place for people from all walks of life to share a piece of themselves and engage in a common goal to battle our illnesses and heal ourselves by supporting each other. There is no judgement, so scream and cry and shout! It's all okay as long as we do it together and not towards each other :)
No one should have to go through this alone.
Each event will be called a "Woman's Anonymous" meeting. This will be a communal gathering at a local coffee shop, home or park where we find a quiet and calm place for everyone to talk, learn and share their own experiences in a circle followed by a few relaxing and breathing exercises at the end of the meeting.
Please note that there are no experts or any medical institutions involved. It's just women supporting women with the opportunity to learn and exchange ideas for healing and getting help from the right places.
