What we’re about
We're a social group for people interested in libertarian topics (philosophy, economics, etc) in Dubai. We meet on the last Wednesday of every month to discuss these topics and to enjoy the company of like-minded people. Anyone who values economic freedom and individualism is welcome to join.
Why hang out with other libertarians?
Humans are social animals; we like to hang out with other people, especially those that are like us. In other words, people that believe in the same things, that have the same values, and have the same outlook on the world. People will increasingly find that their real countrymen are people with whom they share values and ideas - or whatever happens to be important to them. Not a national passport. That’s just government ID, like a driver’s license.

- If 7pm is too early for you, please drop by later in the evening. We are normally around until after 11pm.
- There is no agenda. Feel free to move around to find a conversation that matches your interests.
- Bills are individual, so there's no confusion and you can settle up and leave whenever you like.
- A full food menu is available.
- Free self-parking - turn into the drop-off area in front of the hotel, the self-park garage entrance is just past the main hotel pedestrian entrance. Ignore the "10 AED per hour" signs at the estate entrance boom - this charge doesn't apply if you use the self-park garage
- There's no dress code. Some people come in shorts, we've had a few arrive in suits.

P.S. Austrian economics is a particular school of economics, it is not a reference to the language or country. While many of our members are familiar with the Austrian school, you don't need to be an economist to attend. All free-thinking, libertarian-minded people are welcome.
