We're a crew in Dubai who meet up and work on our tasks & projects which we have been putting off due to whatever reasons it may be, but just need the right environment and accountability to knock it off the park!
Here's how it works:
- ☕ Meet up: Every Sunday, we'll gather at a coffee shop or co-working space.
- 💰 Put your money down: Drop 100 AED on the table. This is your personal stake in your success.
- 📢 Declare your mission: Publicly tell the group that one nagging project/task you're finally going to finish.
- 💻 Get to work: We all sit down and work on our own stuff. No distractions, no chit-chat—just the quiet, focused energy of people keeping each other honest.
- ✅ Get it back: If you finish your task, you get your 100 AED back. Instant gratification!
- ❌ Pay the group: If you don't, the group keeps it. The leftover cash isn't for profit; we'll decide together what fun or useful thing to do with it.
