Many of the patterns we struggle with today…
overthinking, people pleasing, fear of rejection, emotional reactions, self-doubt, difficulty expressing ourselves or feeling truly safe
did not begin in adulthood.

They were quietly shaped in childhood through the environment we grew up in, the words we heard, the love we received, the emotions we witnessed, and the behaviours we adapted to survive emotionally.

This is not about blaming our parents.

They too were operating from their own conditioning and unhealed patterns.

This session is about becoming aware.

Because awareness is the first step towards healing.

Join us as we gently uncover:
• how childhood experiences shape adult personality
• emotional survival patterns we still carry
• and how to begin reconnecting with the inner child within
