Anonymous Mental Health Circle
Details
What to Expect in the Session
Our sessions are designed to be safe, supportive, and completely non-judgmental spaces where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Each session will begin with a brief introduction and ground rules, followed by guided group discussions around mental health, relationships, emotional challenges, and personal growth. Participants are welcome to share, listen, or simply observe—at their own comfort level.
Agenda & Flow
We will start with a short check-in, followed by a structured group conversation facilitated by licensed professionals. Topics may include anxiety, panic attacks, relationship concerns, narcissistic patterns, healing from breakups, parenting challenges, and overall emotional well-being. Based on individual needs, participants may also be guided toward one-on-one sessions for more personalized support.
What You Need to Bring
Nothing is required except an open mind. You may keep a notepad and pen if you’d like to jot down reflections, but it’s completely optional. Since this is an online session, just ensure you have a quiet, comfortable space and a stable internet connection.
Privacy & Anonymity
Your privacy is our priority. You are not required to use your real name, and you may keep your identity completely anonymous. You can participate with your camera off if you prefer.
