Lately, life has felt like a lot to process… even when we don’t fully notice it
It can quietly build up in the background — in our minds, in our bodies

So I wanted to create a small space where we can slow things down, just a little

I’m starting a simple 21-day morning meditation practice, beginning this Sunday Mar 21st till April 11th.
