This isn't just a relaxation or meditation class, I am a therapist with 5 years of experience reducing stress, anxiety, depression, etc and raising self-esteem. I've also spent some time in Bali learning the 5 ancient practices of self-empowerment.

During this class, you will have the opportunity to:
-Identify and acknowledge your driving emotions
-Talk out your emotions and be heard (optional)
-Take part in therapeutic exercises (not yoga) designed to release these emotions from your body and mind through a combination of therapeutic skills, meditation, and breathwork.

These techniques are a combination of modern-day therapy and ancient practices that have been proven to reducing stress and stress-related symptoms such as anxiety, anger, low energy, depression, insomnia, etc and restoring a sense of wellbeing, leaving you feeling re-energized, centered and blissfully relaxed.

-Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or a towel as there will be some lying down involved and perhaps a warm jumper.
