Welcome to our community! We are a group dedicated to sharing the peace and positivity of Tai Chi and Yoga. Every Sunday, we host free session where everyone is welcome to participate, learn, and grow together.

Our mission is to promote public welfare, friendship, and cultural exchange through the practice of these ancient arts. We believe in the power of movement, mindfulness, and mutual respect to bring people from all walks of life together.
