This session of The Ember Within shifts into the body.
We’ll move through gentle, slow mindful movement with light breathing to help you settle and reconnect.
Afterward, those who wish can stay for a coffee and relaxed conversation in a nearby coffee shop.
This is not a workout. Just a space to move gently, notice, and be present.

We will meet at Costa in JLT at 7:00 pm, then walk to JLT Park (just a minute away). The session will start at 7:10 pm.
