Whether this is your first time hearing about Qigong or you’ve practiced before, you’re welcome to join.
Qigong is a gentle practice combining slow movement, breath, and awareness to help release tension and calm the mind. No prior experience is needed.
We’ll move slowly, connect with the breath, and allow the body to unwind. There’s no pressure to “do it right”, just follow at your own pace.
What to expect:
Gentle, guided movement
Time to slow down and reconnect
What to bring:
Just wear comfortable clothing and bring water if you like
Come as you are, and take a moment to reset.
