• Hit "RSVP" for the trip to confirm your spot.
• Post a welcome message in the trip chat (e.g., "Hey everyone! Excited for this adventure! 🎉").

4️⃣ 🗓️ Join & Vote for Weekend Events

• Check the weekend events in the trip.
• RSVP to the ones you want.
• Vote on activities—this helps customize the plan for everyone!

5️⃣ 📍 Friday Night Meetup @ Bla Bla JBR 6pm - 8pm (less crowded)

• When? Friday night.
• Where? Bla Bla (top level) – No booking, just grab an empty table!
• Pro Tip: If staff ask, just say you’re with a group (they won’t know details, we didnt book!).

6️⃣ 📢 Announce Your Arrival

• Once there, post in the trip chat:

"Here! 🎉 Top level at Bla Bla JBR—look for the blue crew!"

• Snap & share photos of your table/surroundings and post in the trip chat group chat (on the app) so others can find you.
• Wear something blue for easy spotting!

7️⃣ 🍹 Hold the Table & Plan!

• Grab a drink, relax, and hold the spot.
• Review the weekend itinerary in the app.
• Wait for fellow adventurers to arrive, greet people, be social, and discuss which weekend events on the itinerary (in the app) you like!
• Don’t like an activity? VOTE to change it!
• Make Friends -> So you can join other events on the weekend group trip itinerary with your NEW FRIENDS.
