There will be a creative Vinyasa sequence guiding practitioners to reach the final stage of balance.
All the balancing poses will be performed step by step Synchronising the breath.
The body limitations will be taken into consideration.
The yoga props will be used for safe practice.
The practitioner will get satisfaction from achieving a challenging pose in an effortless manner.
Precautions:
Practitioners should inform prior if they have any kind of joint injuries or pain. Any medical history. Girls who are in the menstrual cycle should avoid inverted postures.
Who can join?
This flow is designed for all beginners to Intermediate practitioners.
All beginners will get modification wherever it is needed.
All Intermediate practitioners will be encouraged to level up in the flow.
