Al Aweer - Desert Drive to chill out for new drivers

Hello All,

This drive is a good opportunity to those who would like to know the basics of desert driving.

After giving the instruction to drivers will start driving toward fossil Rock after reaching there will get to the top of the mountain to have an amazing view.

PLEASE be Serious when you RSVP as its only for 5 cars to focus on giving you the best time to drive.

Meeting: 7am at Miridif Pertol station ( we need to finish early)

Area: Dubai - Al Aweer - Kalba road Road
Route: Al Aweer to Foissil rock
Duration: trip 3h - drive 1.5h ( depend how smooth the drive would be )
Vehicle: Only 4x4

Limited to: 5 Cars

Drivers Things to get :

1.Tyre Pressure Gauge ( find it in any hyper market like carrefour)

Optional things to get (reason to keep it optional that i will advise you what and where to buy things)

2. Towing Rope ( Pls don`t buy any Rope - )

I, (“Participant”) hereby release Dubai4x4 club (A Group within Meetup) (“provider “) from any claims for loss, damage, or injury sustained while participate in Dubai4x4 desert drives and others(“Activity”).

Provider dose not maintain any liability insurance for protection of individuals, business entities, groups, organizations, spectators, or other who may participate in the Activity.

In consideration for participation in the activity, the undersigned individual, business entity, group, organization, spectators, or does herby release and forever discharge Provider, and its officers, directors, agents, and employees, jointly and severally, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, of any kind or nature, which may be sustained by participating in the Activity.

This Liability Release extends, applies to, covers, and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated, and unsuspected injuries, damages, losses, and liabilities the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist.

Participant hereby agrees, on behalf of his or her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to indemnify Provider and its officers, directors, agents and employees, joint and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, of any kind or nature which may be sustained by participating in the Activity.

It is further understood and agreed that participation in Activity is not to be construed as an admission of liability or acceptance or assumption of responsibility by Provider, its officers, directors, agent, and employees, jointly and severally, for any damages and/or expenses for which Provider, its officers, directors, agents, and employees, become liableas a result of any alleged act of the Participant
