Join us for a unique and fun evening that combines the principles of Kanban with the holiday spirit of Christmas. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn by doing to gain the ability to see that a Kanban board is a living system that adapts to the process and the people who are using it, and you will understand the effects of limiting Work in Progress (WIP).
Connect with like-minded people who share an interest in agile practices and learn the value of self-organisation and adapting to change.
