This November, the Dublin Atlassian Community is bringing together around 120+ technology professionals for Dublin RovoCon 2026, an afternoon dedicated to AI, Rovo, Atlassian and the rapidly changing way we work. But this won’t be just another afternoon of presentations. We’re creating a more interactive format combining main-stage talks, real-world experiences, parallel sessions and two smaller hands-on AI workshops, giving you the opportunity to choose how you want to experience the event. Whether you’re already experimenting with AI and Rovo, exploring what they could mean for your organisation, or simply want to understand where the Atlassian ecosystem is heading, expect practical ideas, interesting conversations and plenty of opportunities to connect with the communityI.

🔥 Why You Should Attend
AI is quickly changing how teams search for information, make decisions, automate work and collaborate,. Rovo and the wider Atlassian AI ecosystem are opening up new possibilities, but this event is not just about talking about AI. We want to see it, discuss it and get hands-on with it. Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be able to move between our main programme and smaller breakout sessions, hear different perspectives from speakers and practitioners, experiment during practical workshops, and meet people facing many of the same opportunities and challenges.

🎯 What to Expect

• Main Stage
  Our main room will bring everyone together for talks, demonstrations, experiences and conversations around AI, Rovo, Atlassian and the future of teamwork. Expect a mix of practical use cases, new ideas and lessons from people working with these technologies in the real world.
• 🧑‍💻 AI Hands-On Breakout Sessions
  Alongside the main programme, we’ll run two smaller hands-on AI sessions. These are designed for attendees who want to go beyond presentations and actually experiment, build and learn in a more practical environment. Spaces for the hands-on sessions will be more limited than the main event.

  A short introduction to the afternoon, the community and how the main stage and hands-on breakout sessions will work.
• 3:40 PM – Opening Main Sessions
  We kick things off together with our opening talks, bringing the whole community into the conversation around AI, Rovo and the evolving Atlassian ecosystem.
• 4:25 PM – Break, Drinks & Networking
  Grab a drink, meet other attendees and get ready to choose your next session.
• 4:40 PM – Parallel Sessions: Round 1
  🎤 Main Stage: Talks, demos, real-world experiences and AI use cases
  🧑‍💻 Hands-On Breakouts: Smaller interactive sessions exploring Rovo and other AI technologies in practice
• 5:30 PM – Community Break
  A chance for everyone to reconnect, grab a drink, exchange ideas and move between sessions.
• 5:45 PM – Parallel Sessions: Round 2
  🎤 Main Stage: More talks, demos, community stories and practical AI experiences
  🧑‍💻 Hands-On Breakouts: A second round of smaller practical sessions focused on experimenting, building and learning together
• 6:35 PM – Everyone Back Together
  All tracks come back together in the main room for the final part of Dublin RovoCon.
• 6:45 PM – Closing Session
  Final insights, community updates and a look at what’s next for AI, Rovo and the Dublin Atlassian Community.
• 7:05 PM onwards – Pizza, Drinks & Networking 🍕
  No more slides. Just pizza, drinks, conversations and plenty of time to connect with speakers, partners and other members of the community.
