We are hosting in-person events again! Huge thanks to Dogpatch Labs for their ongoing support and the use of their venue, we are delighted to be back speaking in person.

We are going back to the topic we first gave online back in May 2020: reproducible research.

Reproducible research is a topic of growing concern of late, and this talk will discuss various concepts, techniques and tools from software engineering to enable full reproducibility of work.

We will discuss the use of source control, GitHub, Docker and containers, as well as tools such as RStudio and notebooks. We also will discuss technological trends and why topics such as this need to be on all agendas.
