Welcome to Dublin Dream Pop Makers! Are you passionate about music that blends shimmering synths, electronic textures, and ethereal melodies? I’m a drummer based in Dublin, with a love for dream pop, electronic, synth pop, alternative pop, and keyboard-driven indie music. My influences range from indie classics to modern electronic sounds—think Pale Blue Eyes, Swiss Portrait, Hazel English, Atmos Bloom, Sea Lemon, Alvvays, and Phantom Youth to name a few. And not forgetting older classics like Cocteau Twins, Depeche Mode, M83 as well as guitar based bands that I grew up listening to like Pearl Jam, Pixies, Nirvana et al. In a nutshell I'm always searching for creative rhythms, great melodies, and lush, atmospheric tones.
I’m creating this new Dublin-based music meetup group to connect with other local musicians and singers who share a taste for ambient soundscapes, catchy hooks, and experimental collaborations. Whether you play keyboard, synthesizer, guitar, bass, sing, or love mixing and producing, you’re the kind of collaborator I’m hoping to meet.

Our goal: This meetup is a friendly, inclusive space for musicians and producers to connect, collaborate, and create. We want everyone to feel comfortable, respected, and inspired.
1) Be respectful and welcoming
Treat everyone with courtesy. No harassment, discrimination, bullying, or hateful language. We welcome people of all experience levels, identities, and backgrounds.
2) Consent matters (with people and music)
- Ask before giving strong critique or feedback—some people want advice, others just want to share.
- Don’t record, film, or post photos of people without permission.
- Don’t share other people’s demos, unreleased tracks, project ideas, or contact details without consent.
3) Keep it safe and comfortable
No aggressive behaviour, intimidation, or unwanted attention. Please don’t message people you haven’t interacted with at the event – it can be uncomfortable.
4) No spam or hard selling
This meetup isn’t a marketing channel. Light sharing of relevant work is fine, but repeated promotion, pressure selling, or unsolicited DMs are not.
