Join us for THREE more Open Space Circles (Dec 1, 8 and 15)

"A space for gay men to drop the mask, speak their truth, and be fully seen."

We’re excited to invite you to THREE more circles (Dec 1, 8 and 15) at the Outhouse. You are encouraged to sign up for all three (although not necessary).

** If you need to cancel, kindly do so as soon as you know so that someone else can avail of the opportunity.

Gay Men's Circle is a place to slow down, take a breath, and be real. Here, nothing has to be polished or perfect.

You’re welcome to:

• Share what’s on your heart — joys, challenges, fears, or anything weighing on you.
• Speak from the present moment, noticing what’s alive in your body and emotions.
• Name your longings and truths — the ones you rarely say out loud — and be met with openness and care.
• Be fully seen, heard, and accepted for exactly who you are.

This is a space of connection, fellowship, and authenticity — where we meet each other as we are, without judgment.

Circle Work is inspired by the principles of HeartiQ.

** Please bring €5 to cover the cost of the room
** No entry 10 mins after the start time (doors will close)

We meet downstairs in the Theatre Room. Ring the front door to get in as the cafe is closed on Mondays. Please read the agreements before signing up.

Agreements:

• Keep 100% confidentiality
• Communicate without judgment
• Speak from own present-moment experience
• Refrain from advising and fixing
• Be generous with spontaneous response
• Be on time and stay until the end
• Refrain from hooking up with other men until at least 3 days (to create a safe space and a welcome return)
• Contribute €5 to cover the cost of the room
• If you need to cancel, do so as soon as you know you cannot make it
