Dublin Heat Runners is a social running and sauna meetup focused on movement, recovery, and genuine connection.

The idea is simple: Easy-paced group runs around Dublin, followed by an optional sauna and cold plunge with the group afterwards.

This isn’t a hardcore athletics group or ultra-serious running meetup. The focus is on conversational pace runs, consistency, wellbeing, and creating a relaxed environment where people can move their body, clear their head, and meet like-minded people in Dublin.

Whether you’re training regularly, getting back into fitness, new to running, or simply looking for healthier ways to socialise outside of pubs and nightlife, you’re welcome here.

Typical Tuesday meetup:
🏃 Social run (approx. 5–8km)
🧖 Optional sauna + cold plunge afterwards

Sauna locations may vary depending on route and availability, but the recovery and social aspect are a core focus of the meetup!

Over time, we’ll introduce different routes, pace groups, longer runs, and occasional faster sessions, while keeping the social and community aspect at the core of the meetup.
