Beginners Spring Squash Camp

Delighted to announce a Beginners 3 hour squash camp with coach Frank Donnelly. Frank will focus on improving court position, enhancing defensive and attacking shots, tactics and gameplay.
This event is focused toward newer players who have joined the group in the last year or who are lower level and looking to level up quickly. Places are strictly limited to Irish Squash affiliated In4squash members and a max of 9 people per camp.

This is a fantastic opportunity to improve your game and fitness in an intensive training morning!
