Come join me as we venture to Lucan for the Society of Old Lucan History Festival (SOL Fest 25)
Day & Date: Saturday the 1st of November.
Registration Time: 9am in St. Andrew's Church of Ireland, Lucan
There will be short talks from local historians and enthusiasts with a comfort break between speakers.
The cost is €35 per person.
Please use the Eventbrite link below to book and pay for your ticket.
This includes a two course hot meal with tea or coffee for afterwards.
A chance to explore around the interior of Lucan House, a chance to chat with like minded history fans.
I will be staying until the Lucan House tour is finished at 2.30pm.
But feel free to stay longer.

9.00-9.15: Meet inside St. Andrew's.
09.30-10.00: Registration & tea/ coffee
10.00-10.15: Welcome & Introduction.
10.15-10.45: Archaeological discoveries in Lucan.
10.55-11.25: Photogrammetry: an introduction and a school project overview.
11.30am-12.00: Information stands & displays/ optional 30 mins historical walk. Attendees can choose.
12.00-13.15: Hot lunch in Carroll's Pub, Lucan village.
13.30-14.30: Lucan House interior walkabout with short talk on historical owners.
15.00-15.45: Pastoral landscape.
**15.55-16.25:**Lucan Memorial Campaign.
16.25-16.30: Close
