After all the Christmas festivities you might like some medieval culture for a change?
I have booked two dates in January for our members - Free entry and I will give a guided tour lasting about 1 hour. (I'm a longtime volunteer here so I know all the gossip!) I love this old picture showing cattle being herded along Patrick Street in front of the Cathedral

Burial place of Jonathan Swift (in the floor) - and about 500 others (inside the walls), also very much associated with the Knights of St Patrick, the Guinness family and the lovely musical tradition of the Choir School.
Numbers limited to a manageable 15 - we'll meet at the main gates and go in as a group to avail of free entry - so 11.50 meet for 12 noon tour.
We could have tea'n buns locally afterwards if you have time.

Second date for this event is Wed 28 Jan - at 2pm
