Hello Beautiful people,
Welcome to my class of Yoga & Qigong Ladies Health. The class is taking place on Tuesday the 12th of November: 8pm - 9pm. Address: Project Revive, Ranelagh, Dublin 6.
What are the benefits of our practice?
Through gentle health practices of breathing space and grounding meditations, restorative hatha yoga and qigong we are going to discover a state of inner peace, balance and stillness, cultivating a sense of love, kindness and compassion, awakening our creative feminine energy and bringing bigger support to our hormonal state.
Yoga and Qigong health practices are meant to support the natural flow of the feminine energy, bringing a sense of stillness and peace into our heart, mind and body, exploring the concept of being a unique wonderful woman in our born natural wisdom and strength.
Strength and power in feminine energy is less in control, and more in sensing yourself like a river flowing, being kind, soft and, at the same time, firm, still and focused. In our busy lives we may tune into our masculine part that is decision making, leading, controlling and managing numerous daily tasks and responsibilities, living and breathing in this active state of mind. In this fast-paced life our feminine part may sometimes remain unnoticed, may be less cared for and less nourished than it actually needs.
Through our body and breathing practices we are reminding ourselves of who we naturally are and what huge create power we are holding inside that can be unleashed, explored and cultivated for our growth and flourishment.
Female qigong is a beautiful addition to the class, I discovered this lovely nourishing practice a few years ago, and after learning, reading and studying a lot on this topic and seeing its benefits, I started incorporating female qigong in my own personal and professional practice. Qigong breathing practices and qigong meditative movements can be incredibly revitalising, nourishing and truly healing.
In our practices we are cultivating this state of stillness, wholeness and awareness. As Eckhart Tolle said: “to know yourself as the Being underneath the thinker, the stillness underneath the mental noise, the love and joy underneath the pain, is freedom, salvation, enlightenment”.
We are going to explore and discover the feminine part of ourselves, learning to become more comfortable with who we are, embracing our vulnerabilities, becoming stable and strong, accepting, loving and valuing ourselves the way we truly are.
