Did you know that the relationship between Robert and Clara Schumann and Johannes Brahms is one of the most fascinating relationships in the history of romantic music?

In 1853, a young Johannes Brahms visited the Schumanns, bringing with him some of his compositions. Robert Schumann, already a famous composer and music critic, was immediately struck by Brahms' talent and called him "the chosen one". From then on, the destinies
of the three composers remained inextricably linked.
