About this event:
Applied coaching skills in an organizational environment significantly raise a chance of psychological safety development. As natural consequence ownership, proactivity and responsibility rise.

In this meetup we discuss how the coaching profession and coaching skills are understood from the point of view of the International Coaching Federation. We will practically explore how to create a working alliance for every meeting (contracting), how to use powerful questions and how to explore the power of experiments.

About Peter:
Peter Barica is a professional coach, mentor and trainer with focus on agile environments. He studied and practically worked with human mind change and development processes for the last 20 years (eastern philosophy and psychology, western solution focused systemic and narrative approaches) together with work in IT.

He is certified as Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) in scrum.org and as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in International Coaching Federation.
