Impact Mapping - Part 1 of 2

Pawel Olchowik is a Scrum Master working with SimCorp in Copenhagen, Denmark. He helps people do their best thinking, and talks about #agile, #scrum, #kanban, #visual, and #training.

Paddy Corry is an agile coach working with ESW (formerly named eShopWorld) in Dublin, Ireland.

Paddy and Pawel worked together for some time and have collaborated on facilitating sessions like this many times. In this session, they will tell a story about using the Impact Mapping technique, and the story will be told in 2 parts, over two meetups. In part 1 of the story, on 11th May, attendees will learn how to use Impact Mapping.

In part 2, which will be scheduled for a later date, the story will continue, and attendees will learn that techniques don't always work cleanly in context, and don't always produce the results that we expect: but that can be great too!

This session will be conversational, and we will use Miro to help everyone get to know each other, and hopefully learn a thing or two from each other to take away back to our day jobs : )
