Impact Mapping - Part 2 of 2

Paddy Corry is an agile coach working with ESW (formerly named eShopWorld) in Dublin, Ireland.

Paddy and Pawel worked together for some time and have collaborated on facilitating sessions like this many times. In this session, they will tell part 2 of a story about using Impact Mapping technique.

In part 1 of the story, on 11th May, attendees learned about Impact Mapping. In this part we will hear more about the 'messy reality', in a story about trying to use Impact Mapping for an agile transformation plan.

Techniques don't always work cleanly in context, and don't always produce the results that we expect: but that can still be great too!

This session will be conversational, and we will use Miro to help everyone get to know each other, and hopefully learn a thing or two from each other to take away back to our day jobs : )
