The group goal of the psychology community "Life In Balance" is to create a supportive and nurturing space where members can explore and improve their mental, emotional, and psychological well-being.
The group aims to help each participant achieve inner harmony and balance by providing tools for self-awareness, growth, and overcoming life’s challenges. The main focus is on developing mindfulness, healthy habits, and supporting personal growth through shared discussions and the exchange of experiences.
