Chigong and Meditation day in North Co Wexford

This is an introduction day to Chigong with Kate Curtis who began her journey with Chigong over 25 years ago.
She will be teaching part of the system called ‘The Marriage of Heaven and Earth’.
Chigong is part of a Daoist system which is part of the ancient Oriential Medicine system and involves Meditative slow relaxing movements which help body mind and spirit to enter a state of oneness and calm, whilst also helping the body to repair and restore on a physical level.
