Join for some rejuvenating and friendly Mindfulness Practice and Prayer.

This series will be 13 sessions on Tuesdays from Feb 13 until April 30
As a guide the sessions will follow this running order.

  • 6.30 Arrive + Settle
  • 6.40 Introductions and Intentions
  • 6.50 Mindfulness practice
    (Practices may include, Breathing Space, Body Scan, Sitting Meditation, Mindful Movement, Compassion Meditation, Turning Towards Emotions, Loving Kindness Meditation, Silent Meditation, Mindful Art, Reflections on readings)
  • 7.40 tea and conversation
  • 8.00 pm depart
