Forecast looks good. It's still important to wrap up well though as the sea is always a bit cooler. So an extra fleece and windcheater is worth bringing along. There's a possibility of a shower so if you have some light waterproofs, it would be good to bring them too.

Expect to be out for about 1.5 to 2 hours. But if you're feeding a parking meter I recommend covering 3hours so that you can relax.

What to wear : Layers are important, just to give you the flexibility to adjust to changing temperatures.

Warm footwear with non-marking soles is also important.

How Much: Most people donate €20 each and some a little more. A number of people have been asking what's a reasonable donation towards the boat and this is the best guidance I can provide; €20 per person seems to be about right. It’s up to you. You can make a donation at the Meetup for an amount that you feel is reasonable. If you can't, that's fine too.

Very Important note for "First Timers" I will request your mobile number after you register. If I don't receive it, your registration may be quashed and your place given to another person.

What next: I'll provide a few more details to people who confirm - like where exactly we'll meetup in the marina, phone numbers and other stuff that'll pop into my head beforehand.
