Centro Cultural Capoeira Água de Beber (CECAB) – Capoeira Água de Beber Cultural Centre – is a non-profit organization, founded officially in January 2002.
Join me this September an invigorating Capoeira Flow that aims to awaken both body and mind. The class focuses on building strength, increasing flexibility, and promoting a sense of vitality for the day ahead.
With a combination moviments of energising standing sequences and a variety of breathwork techniques from Capoeira Brazilian.
