Sunday Seapoint Swim

Hi Seals,
Let's meet for a swim at 11.00 on Sunday. High tide is around 11am. We'll meet at the lifeguards hut. ....wait for 10 mins, then go in. Wear a wet suit gloves and booties or simply a swimsuit.
None of us is a lifeguard, so the swim is st your own risk. Bring a hot drink to warm up after the swim.
Looking forward to seeing plenty of swimmers.
