👙🩳 Wear whatever is comfortable to you for the swim (wetsuit or not)
👕 Bring layers to warm up afterwards
🍵You may also want to have a flask with a hot tea or coffee
🦺All activities are at your own risk. There are no lifeguards, we are not lifeguards.

🫖 Some of us will stay around for a while and chat, or come along to a local café for food, drinks and a chat.
