Friday Seapoint 12pm

Join me for a swim on Friday, 3rd April at 12.
All are welcome - newcomers and established members, swimmers, paddlers, and toe dippers.
I recommend that you don't stay in too long, like me, this time of year, and stay within your dept. We look out for each other but we are not lifeguards.
Bring warm clothes for after the swim as it's a bit cold this time of year.
WE MEET AT THE LIFEGUARDS HUT, UNLESS IT'S RAINING. THEN WE MEET AT THE SHELTERS.
