Seapoint on Sunday

Join us for a swim at Seapoint on Sunday @ 12p.m.
Regulars and newcomers are welcome to join us. You have the option to swim, paddle around and have a chat, or just dip your toes, the choice is yours. We recommend that you don't stay in the water too long as it's still quite cold this time of year, and please stay within your debt - we do look out for each other but we are not lifeguards. And remember to bring warm clothes for after the swim and keep warm, and maybe a hot drink too..
We meet at the Lifeguard hut on Brightonvale road, or if it's raining we will meet at the shelters.

Afterwards we usually go for a coffee at cafe du journel - join us if you want to, the option is yours. Look forward to seeing you all there.
