🌊🦭 Hey Seals – Seapoint Beach Tomorrow! ☀️

The heatwave is here, so what better excuse to jump into the sea and cool off with your fellow Dublin Seals!

High tide is at 10am so come along for a refreshing dip, a chat and a bit of craic. Whether you're a regular swimmer or just fancy getting in for a paddle, everyone is welcome.

A quick reminder that this is an informal group swim, we look out for each other but we are not lifeguards. Everyone is responsible for their own safety, so please know your limits, don't go out of your depth, and don't stay in longer than is comfortable for you.

Even on a hot day, the sea can be cold, so bring warm dry layers, a towel, and something dry to put on afterwards.

Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and hopefully a few new ones too. Let's make the most of this weather and enjoy a lovely swim together! 🌊☀️🦭
