Hi, I am Jelena,
and I am glad you are here!
Perhaps the title of this event moved something in you. So what about the self-talk that grabbed your attention?
Maybe you tend to talk to yourself with any of the following? - “You’re not...,” “You can’t...,” “You don't ...”, You are too..." ironically followed right after by "... not enough". You know what I am talking about. Let’s call it your BS (Belief System, of course). This sneaky narrator who has been weaving stories of self-doubt and limitation for years creating mixed results in your life.
And you tried reading about it, reeling about it, scrolling about it, but... this voice is still there. It makes you feel anxious, shy, insecure, people-pleasing, you name it. And you'd love for this voice to just quiet down already, but it doesn't.
Want to know WHY your brain does this to you, WHY it's so hard to change it and most importantly WHAT actually changes it? Then this event is for you.
It is going to be an interactive session. I will ask a few people from the audience to bring any topic that presents a pain or a challenge and we will work through these together.
You will see how our thoughts create our results and why we all
should start by challenging our BS ;)
