After attending the World Happiness Summit (WOHASU) and practicing group coaching there as a coach, I came back feeling deeply equipped and inspired to share what I learned - and that is exactly what this circle is about. ๐ŸŒž

Through evidence based tools and research backed insights I will share what truly contributes to human happiness - not as a lecture, but as a lived, felt experience. Because in The Happiness Circle we don't just learn about happiness. We practice it, together, in real time.
Set on the grass in the beautiful surroundings of St Anne's Park, this 90 minute gathering combines gentle movement, meditation, mindful walking and group coaching into one warm, grounding experience. A space to meet wonderful people, build real connections and walk away with practical tools you can bring into your everyday life.
