Drum and Journey Together - in Mystical Westmeath

Hello everyone,

Finally as promised I'm hosting what I hope is the first drum circle of many at our beautiful farm / tiny eco-village in Westmeath. It's about 1 hour from Dublin (M50) close to Collinstown and Delvin, I'll send directions in a follow up email to anyone who is coming. You will need transport as the closest bus stop is Delvin about 7kms away, you can also arrange car pooling in the comments section. I'm still looking for a new Dublin location since the Lantern Centre has closed so if you can't make it out of the city for this one, there will be other circles in Dublin in the coming months.

I've made this one a little longer than usual as if you travel out I want it to be worth your while. We'll start off with tea and a chat in our bell tent if it's raining and outdoors in our veggie field if it's not. We will then walk down to the Faerie Mound where we will call in the directions and open our circle. We will journey outdoors at the Faerie Mound weather permitting. The land here is welcoming, the Faerie presence is strong and they are very much looking forward to this gathering :-)

Anybody who has not journeyed before please let me know and I will arrange for you to come half an hour early so I can explain what we are doing.

Please bring drinking water, insect repellant, a mat and cushion to sit on or lie on outside, something to cover your eyes with and rattles and drums if you have them. Bring rain gear if it seems like it will rain. Waterproof footwear is also advisable as we will be walking in grass that might be wet. I also want to point out that bathroom facilities are rustic, we use a compost toilet.
