During these sessions, you will:

  • Experience a guided meditation session.
  • Watch an insightful video talk by Shri Mataji, the founder of Sahaja Yoga.
  • Have the opportunity to ask questions and share your experiences in a relaxed atmosphere.

No prior experience, knowledge, or appointment is required. The techniques taught do not involve physical exercises and can be practiced while sitting comfortably in a chair or on the floor. Simply wear comfortable clothing to help you relax and enjoy the session.
