Wicklow and Great Sugar Loaf Way: From Enniskerry to Kilmacanogue

Details
## Details
On Sunday the 24th of August, I will walk from near Enniskerry to Kilmacanogue, mostly along the Wicklow Way and the Great Sugar Loaf Way. You are very welcome to join me.
The path passes the Knockree hostel, Glensoulan valley above the Powerscourt Waterfall and Great Sugarloaf. There is some road walking in the beginning but most of the way is on trails through forest, by rivers and mountainside. Some parts of the trail are crowded with shrubs and nettles, so dress appropriately and some sections cover uneven ground, so sturdy boots or trail shoes are necessary. The pace will be moderate, so expect to be out most of the day (around 5 to 6+ hours walking).
Meet Location: Bray Dart Station
Meet Time: 10:30 am to catch the 10:40 am L15 bus
Finish Location: Kilmacanogue where Bus 45A goes to Bray and Dun Laoghaire every 30 minutes, the 131 goes to Bray every hour, the 133 goes to Dublin Busaras every hour.
Distance: 20km
Elevation: 783m (*a little less if you chose not to climb the Great Sugar Loaf)
There are no leaders, just people who like to share the enjoyment of the outdoors.
Please bring rain gear and suitable footwear for rough and uneven ground and food and water.
Please only RSVP if you will attend this event.
We will meet at the bus stops just outside the Bray Dart Station
