Accessibility Ireland are proud to present "Opening Doors: Your introduction to accessible design & tooling". We are excited to invite and welcome you along to our second live and in-person digital accessibility event with thanks to Morgan McKinley.
- Tickets are free and strictly limited to one per person.
- A confirmed RSVP to this event acts as your ticket.
- This event is capped at 80 guests in person, however, due to no-shows, we do over allocate tickets.
- Please do not turn up to the event if you do not have a confirmed RSVP.
- If you no longer can make the event, please release your space in good time so we can distribute to another guest.
- Doors will open at 5:45pm with talks starting at 6:30pm sharp. We will end by 8:30pm.
We have two keynote speakers lined up, Danielle O'Rourke, Digital Media & eLearning Officer with AHEAD Ireland and Barry Healy, Senior UX Designer with Optum.
Talk summaries:
Danielle's talk entitled, "What is Accessible Design?", will look to introduce the concept of accessibility in design and highlight the key things to keep in mind when designing.
Barry's talk entitled, "Atomic Design", will cover from Macro to Micro of Accessibility and how to break down the accessibility journey and deliver for users.
